Marketing Manager - Credit Card Propositions

Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence ( CoE ) within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function at CommBank.
Our wider team directly supports the Product Domains in the Retail Bank to deliver both the marketing and product priorities. We partner closely with other CommBank Marketing CoEs including Brand & Creative, Media, and Customer Insights and Research.
The Marketing Manager, Credit Card Propositions sits in the Consumer Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, Credit Cards for the Consumer Finance portfolio.
Your direct team supports the Credit Cards crew, with this role flexing across Consumer Spending propositions including Travel Booking and Dining. You will help develop and deliver integrated marketing activity that builds awareness, consideration and engagement by showing customers the value CommBank can add to everyday life, travel and dining.
On any given day, you will:
Deliver integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, owned, direct and social channels, ensuring activity is customer-led, commercially focused and aligned to broader portfolio priorities.
Work closely with media and creative agencies to brief, shape, deliver and optimise campaign ideas, creative assets and media plans.
Influence core partners across product, digital, customer data and analytics, brand, media, legal, compliance and risk teams to develop effective and well-governed marketing activity.
Drive the management, execution, delivery and post-campaign reporting of proposition campaigns, including briefing, approvals, production, implementation and PIR.
