Job Description
The Role
In this role you will steer and elevate branch performance while championing our presence in community engagements. Your focus will be leading by example on delivering exemplary member service, developing and maximising member relationships, and fostering an ever-developing team. Step into this role to lead the charge towards success and leave a lasting impact on our branch's trajectory.
In the role you will:

Proactively engage members to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty.

Drive sales targets by personally providing benefits for our members and monitoring performance, providing coaching, and supporting team members to achieve their monthly targets.

Collaborate with specialists and community stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and enhance market position.

Support operational efficiency and effectiveness through consistent coaching, performance monitoring, and adherence to organisational risk and compliance responsibilities.

Champion change and innovation by leading through transitions, fostering a culture of creativity, and promoting the Beyond Bank values throughout the team.

Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and a commitment to personal and team development.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business management and the responsibility of owning the development and growth of the branch to ensure long-term sustainability.

Performance-driven leader with 3+ years of experience, specialising in coaching and team development to drive results and foster growth.

Expertise in member relationship management with desirable exposure to consumer lending.

Proficient in local business and community development with a focus on effective risk management.

Proven ability to guide the strategic direction and growth of the branch.

What does our recruitment process look like?
