Partner with finance and commercial leaders to understand evolving business priorities and translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decisions.

Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, adapting priorities to meet changing business needs and tight deadlines.

Support month-end close, forecasting cycles, annual budgets, and strategic planning activities while maintaining a high standard of financial accuracy and attention to detail.

Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and present concise financial narratives that enable leadership teams to take action.

Challenge assumptions through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and independent commercial insight, helping leaders evaluate business decisions and investment opportunities.

Manage reporting and analysis for bonus and commission programs, ensuring data integrity, accurate accruals, and meaningful performance insights across the business.

Build trusted partnerships across finance and operational teams by proactively identifying issues, responding to stakeholder needs, and driving solutions that support business outcomes.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analytical processes, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and decision-making capability.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.

CA or CPA qualification completed or currently in progress.

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, management accounting, or a related finance function.

Minimum 2 years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis of large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence platform for reporting and dashboard development.

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes in a corporate environment.

Experience preparing financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial or operational decision-making.
