ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to an increase in keynote clientele, the role is responsible for –
-
Undertaking high level building compliance audits and assessments in a variety of areas across Melbourne
-
Consulting with clients in relation to building surveying advice
-
Providing high level BCA reviews
-
Issuing commercial statutory certifications and fire safety audits
-
Collaborating and assisting our national team of auditors and building surveyors
ABOUT YOU
You will be registered as an unlimited building surveyor and have the following:
-
Experience in building surveying of a wide range of building types and sizes
-
Knowledge of the principles of building construction and maintenance
-
Understanding of regulations, BCA and relevant Australian Standards
-
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, listening
-
The ability to meet important deadlines.
