Snap Fitness is looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager with a strong passion for sales, customer service, and social media to join our team!

About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, your main focus will be driving membership sales, generating leads, and creating an outstanding experience for our members. You will also assist with the daily operations of the club, support marketing activities, and help grow our online presence through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Membership sales and lead generation
- Conducting club tours and following up enquiries
- Building relationships with members and providing excellent customer service
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Creating and posting engaging social media content
- Staying up to date with social media trends and fitness content
- Assisting with club marketing and community outreach
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the club
- Supporting day-to-day club operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
- Passion for health and fitness
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Comfortable creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Previous sales or fitness industry experience preferred but not essential
- Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
