Beehive Hotel is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders, Waitstaff, and Supervisors to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis.

About the Role
These are hands-on roles working across bar and floor operations. You will play an important part in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, and other beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service across bar and floor areas
- Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely service
- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and service standards throughout the venue
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Supporting and guiding team members (for Supervisor roles)
- Helping manage smooth daily operations during busy service periods
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
- Ensuring RSA and venue compliance standards are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Bartender, Waitstaff member, or Hospitality Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of bar operations and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pub or hospitality environment
- Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA is essential
