About the role:
As the first point of contact for service customers, you will play a central role in shaping the ownership experience and building the kind of trust that brings people back time and again.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and accurately recording vehicle faults and service requirements so technicians have everything they need to do great work
- Preparing and presenting clear, honest repair estimates that help customers make informed decisions
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process, turning what can be a stressful experience into a smooth one
- Coordinating job progress with the workshop team to meet promised delivery times
- Following up on completed work to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
- Contributing to a team that genuinely values doing things properly, not just quickly
About You:
You are someone who communicates clearly, stays organised under pressure, and finds real satisfaction in solving problems for people.
A bit more about you:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-facing role
- A current and valid driver's licence
- Confidence using dealer management systems to book jobs, raise repair orders, and track progress
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that work just as well on the phone as face to face
- The ability to explain technical information to customers in plain, reassuring language
- A natural focus on getting the details right so nothing falls through the cracks
