The Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Business Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering small-scale projects while driving business analysis, process improvement, and data-led decision-making aligned to the broader business roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of smaller projects, ensuring timelines, scope and outcomes are met
- Map current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support solution design in collaboration with IT teams and external vendors
- Analyse data and produce reporting insights to support decision-making and benefit tracking
- Facilitate workshops, coordinate UAT, and support business readiness for change
- Maintain project alignment with Sales & Marketing strategy and governance frameworks
- Develop and manage project plans, including milestones and resource allocation
- Build and maintain project reporting and dashboards (Power BI)
- Engage and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams
- Drive delivery outcomes, proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Track and report on project performance and benefits realisation
About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in business analysis and project delivery within a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Analysis, Project Management or similar (desirable)
- Proven experience across business analysis, project delivery, data analysis and process improvement
- Strong technical skills in Excel, SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Project
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in Visio (or similar process mapping tools)
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams
- Exposure to PPM tools such as Clarity (or equivalent)
