Front of House Staff Wanted – Zen Japanese Restaurant
Zen Japanese Restaurant in Hawthorn is looking for a friendly and reliable part-time/casual Front of House team member.
Customer service is very important to us. We are looking for someone who can welcome guests with a warm smile and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Setting and clearing tables
- Responding to customer requests professionally
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Working closely with the team during busy service
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, positive and responsible attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability on Friday evenings and weekends is preferred
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided
Location: Hawthorn
Employment: Part-time / Casual
Pay: Based on experience and Australian award rates
