This Senior Pharmacist (Gde role offers the chance to lead capability development across the pharmacy workforce while contributing to high‑quality clinical and dispensary services that support safe, effective patient care.

Education & competency leadership — Coordinate education, training, and competency assessment for pharmacists, assistants, technicians, interns, and students.

Pharmacy service provision — Support safe dispensing and distribution of all medication types while providing guidance and oversight to the wider pharmacy team.

Clinical ward service — Deliver or oversee clinical ward services, including medication reviews and reconciliation, to optimise therapy and minimise adverse events.

Multidisciplinary collaboration — Work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health teams, responding to clinical queries and providing evidence‑based medication information.

Quality, performance & policy — Contribute to KPIs, audits, DUEs, research, performance management, and the development and education of medication policies.

You possess:

Pharmacy education experience — You have experience delivering structured education and training within a pharmacy setting and enjoy supporting staff at all levels.

Training needs analysis — You can identify learning gaps, design targeted development activities, and assess competency to ensure safe, high‑quality practice across the team.
