About the Role:

* Deliver friendly and pfofessional customer service.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately.
* Serve food and drinks efficiently.
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness of the floor and bar.
* set up and clear tables promptly.
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
* follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements.
* work as part of a team to ensure smooth service.
What we're looking for:
* previous hopitality experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Current RSA Certificate
