About the Role
Enhance Hope Services Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable and person-centred Support Workers to provide high-quality support to NDIS participants and help them live safely, independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
- Support participants with household tasks, meal preparation and community access.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as required.
- Provide social and emotional support.
- Follow individual support plans, care plans and risk management procedures.
- Assist with medication where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation.
- Report incidents, changes in participant needs and concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain participant privacy, dignity, choice and independence.
- Follow NDIS Practice Standards, EHS policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
Pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
Work Location: In person
