Serving Italian cuisine, Topolino’s is a popular family-run St Kilda icon and Melbourne institution with a well-established reputation developed over 54 years. Topolino's is busy throughout the year and is looking for a skilled, motivated and passionate chef to join the team as we continue to evolve with the ever-changing environment.
Role
As an experienced Chef based in St Kilda, you will be working within a dynamic team producing quality Italian inspired dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work across the week in a permanent, full-time capacity.
You must hold a valid Australian Certificate IV (4) in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hos[pitality qulaification, and have a minimum of 1 year full-time chef work experience.

Who we’re looking for
- Experience in fast paced environments
- Culinary training and leadership experience for CDP role
- Italian food experience desired, but not essential
- Demonstrates a high level of health and safety
- Flexible availability across the week including weekends and nights
- Positive attitude + strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Demonstrates a high level of accountability and responsibility
- Genuine passion for food and the industry
- Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $77,000.00 – $81,000.00 per year
