About the role
As a result of growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer to join our high performing, friendly and innovative Workplace Law & Culture team, which services a broad mix of employer clients including large private sector, local state and Commonwealth government departments.
You will work alongside leading Employment Lawyers specialising in employment; workplace relations; discrimination and work safety law, who enjoy helping workplaces, people and business prosper.
While this role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely. Bartier Perry offers structured career progression for those who want it, within a warm, friendly and supportive environment.

About you
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- 1-3 years PQE, ideally having worked in private practice and having worked solidly in employment and industrial law
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow in line with business and client requirements
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A passion for workplace law and excellent client service skills
- Good technical skills and sound knowledge in employment and industrial law
- Self motivation and interest in delivering client solutions
- Excellent time management and the ability to work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
