This position entails:
- Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Answering, screening, and directing phone enquiries efficiently
- High-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- Maintaining customer, supplier, and project records
- Assisting with quoting, order processing, and documentation
- General admin support (email management, filing, document prep)
- Supporting the wider team in keeping workflows organised and on track
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
