Responsibilities-
Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring, coaching, and support
-
Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, holistic learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care

Build strong, positive relationships with families and maintain open communication

Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to maintain a high-quality service
-
Foster a positive team culture and support continuous improvement initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and service policies
Qualifications and Skills-
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Previous experience leading a room and mentoring educators

Valid Working with Children Check
-
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

Current Child Protection training/certificate
-
Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
-
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care
