An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary proactive and charismatic retail customer service/ stock assistant to join our team based in Melbourne. This is a fixed term sale from 10th to 14th November 2026.
Within this role you will assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of a warehouse sale event including but not limited to; stock management and replenishment, till handling, cloakroom and queue management and most importantly client and customer service.
Working within a strong and friendly team, in a role where teamwork is key, you will be required to have the ability to build good relationships and have a positive can do attitude.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in all aspects of event preparation and execution
- Assisting in loading in and out of stock
- Communicating and co-ordinating with other team members to ensure completion of job requirements.
- Excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases
- Ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas on shop floor
- Use initiative and being helpful for the overall success of our event
- Assist in the management of stock control and distribution

- Physical stamina, high energy levels and be able to be on
your feet for long periods of time.
- Retail / events experience is beneficial but not necessary
Pay: $31.29 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38.0 per week
