Infinity Tutoring Centre is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Mathematics Tutor to join our team with an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tutor or teacher who is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals in a supportive and professional learning environment.
Successful applicants will provide small-group tutoring to students from Years 6 - 12, assisting with school mathematics, exam preparation and developing students' confidence and problem-solving skills.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience tutoring or teaching high school mathematics (minimum 5 years' experience).
- Strong knowledge of the NSW high school mathematics curriculum, including Advanced and Extension 1 Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organised and punctual.
- Current Working With Children Check.
Position Details:
- Immediate start
- Location: Infinity Tutoring Centre, Mortdale NSW 2223 (all tutoring is conducted on-site).
- Weekday afternoon shifts: Mon – Thurs (3:30pm – 6:30pm) and Friday (3:30pm – 5:30 pm).
- Applicants who are available on some afternoons are still encouraged to apply.
- Pay commensurate with experience.
