What you'll be doing
In this important frontline role, you will provide efficient administrative and reception support to ensure smooth ward operations and a positive experience for patients and families.
- Manage patient admissions, data entry and maintain accurate records in iPM
- Coordinate communication including calls, messages and ward correspondence
- Maintain organised patient files and ensure data integrity
- Arrange transport, interpreter and support services as required
- Provide friendly, professional service to patients, families and staff

Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner
2. Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment
3. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Windows including Outlook, Word and Excel
4. Demonstrated experience in working in a fast paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills
5. Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients/customers and their families/carers
6. Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
