Labourforce is currently seeking reliable and hands-on Forklift Operators and Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Brendale, QLD.
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of engineered timber products used across the construction industry. We are currently recruiting for multiple ongoing positions, offering stable weekday hours and long-term opportunities.

Monday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Tuesday – Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Monday – Friday roster
$35.15 per hour
Weekly pay
- Operating Counterbalance forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Staging stock across the dispatch dock
- Wrapping and strapping timber products
- Assisting with pick packing duties
- Maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations
- Assisting with production and manufacturing processes
- Using hand and power tools
- Picking and preparing timber products
- General hands-on labouring and warehouse duties
- Forklift operation to move materials and finished products
- Maintaining a safe and organised workspace
- Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience (Counterbalance and/or High Reach)
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand or power tools highly regarded
- Reliable and safety-focused attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Available for an ASAP start and able to commit to a Monday–Friday roster
