About the Role
Novella Support is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis.
You will help us create simple, engaging and authentic content for Novella Support, our founder’s personal brand and our developing media projects.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys filming, editing and creating social media content and wants the opportunity to grow with the business.
What You'll Do
- Film and edit short videos for social media.
- Create photos, reels and other simple content.
- Help manage and schedule social media posts.
- Assist with developing content ideas and planning.
- Repurpose existing video and content into social media posts.
- Help create content for Novella Support, Founder and other projects.
- Track basic social media performance and help identify what is working.
- Help build and maintain our content library.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Creative and enthusiastic.
- Comfortable behind and in front of a camera.
- Confident with basic video editing.
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Interested in social media, video and storytelling.
- Keen to learn and develop their skills.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, Canon, DJI camera and drones, or similar tools would be an advantage.
All equipment & subscriptions are supplied, if you like the sound of this role, the first question before interviews is, we want to see content you have produced in the different catergories.
We do not want a.i created content, this must be original, whether for your own socials or other customers, if you have no content to share, please dont apply.
This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of something we intend to grow, with the potential for the role to develop as the business expands & other organisations require this work, we want to build this into a full time role for several team players .
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 32.0 per week
