Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast QLD
Employment type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Retail
Worklocker Sunshine Coast is one of the region’s leading destinations for workwear, safety gear, and work boots, with stores in Maroochydore, Kawana, and Morayfield, plus a dedicated garment decoration facility.
We stock the industry’s best brands, including FXD, Steel Blue, CAT, Blundstone, Mongrel, Bisley, KingGee, Hard Yakka and more. Every day, we look after tradies, industrial workers, local businesses, schools, government departments and customers who need quality gear they can rely on.
Our Kawana store is a major part of our growth on the Sunshine Coast. Based in Birtinya, it services a fast-growing trade, industrial and commercial area and plays a key role in supporting both retail customers and business accounts across the southern Sunshine Coast.
We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Store Manager to lead our Worklocker Kawana team.
This is a genuine leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, driving sales, developing people, solving problems, and creating a store environment customers want to come back to.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, sales performance, team leadership, stock management, customer service, and making sure the store presents professionally at all times.
This is not a back-office role. You’ll lead from the front, set the standard, and take ownership of the store as if it were your own.
