Guiding daily living skills and fostering independent personal growth.
Facilitating active community access, social activities, and key appointments.

The Essentials:
Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and a paid NSW WWCC clearance.
A "can-do" attitude and willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
Bonus points if you hold a Cert III or IV in Disability—though your hands-on drive is what matters most!
