What You'll Be Doing
Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences - because here, the consumer leads the care. Shifts, duties, and frequency are guided by the people you support, giving your work real purpose and variety.

- Sound communication skills and genuine respect for people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Experience supporting aged, frail, or disabled individuals
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, community-based team
