As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing materials according to strict formulation guidelines. You will play a key role in ensuring product consistency, quality, and compliance with production requirements.
In addition to mixing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for raw material (RM) stock management, including the accurate handling, storage, and tracking of inventory. This includes adherence to stock keeping principles such as cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO),reconciliation of discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
This role is physically demanding, involving working on your feet, handling raw materials, and manual lifting, within a fast-paced production environment. Forklift operation is required.
Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour
