We are looking for a reliable independent contractor to join our team to manage the setup and collection of real estate auction boards and flags in the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. You will need to be available every Saturday (and a bonus if you are able to work Wednesdays as well). The position requires you to setup and collect free standing real estate boards and flags for open homes and auctions.
We are looking for someone to service the area contained between Greensborough and Eltham (and surrounding suburbs). This role is suited best to candidates who reside in or very close to this area.
As a contractor you will be paid per board or property with rates based on the number of boards required to be displayed. An Average Saturday will see you manage 25 Open boards and up to 8 Auction boards working between the hours of 5.00am-7.30am to setup and 3 hours in the afternoon to collect, earning $300+ for this amount of properties.
To make your work easy and efficient you will be able to keep the boards at your home (or optionally drop off and pickup from our warehouse in Abbotsford).
Eligibility & Experience
· You must have a current driver's license and provide your own mid to large sized vehicle with comprehensive motor insurance
· You should have an ABN to provide your service as a contractor
· No specific skills are necessary, but you must enjoy working autonomously, outdoors in all weather conditions, be very reliable, and be an experienced driver
· Good knowledge of roads and routes around the service area is a distinct advantage
· Excellent communication and reliability is critical
· This job is ideal for those looking to supplement their current income with additional weekend work. You must be available every Saturday to be considered.
