Bar Pacino is looking for a enthusiastic, passionate and team focused Chef.
Our Operational days are Wednesday to Saturday, Giving you lifestyle balance in a senior role within hospitality.
Bar Pacino is Family Owned with owners that regularly work alongside on shift from day to day that offer a wealth of knowledge along with a lot of friendly banter. Main duties/ Responsibilities:
· Preparation/cooking of foods and daily menus
· Overseeing quality of preparation and presentation of all food
· Communicate food preparation issues with managers and staff
· Provide examples of how to cook foods and what procedures are in place
· Train staff
· Improve food quality and ensure high quality is consistent
· Preservation and freezing of produce
· Check and maintain equipment, tools, utensils, and machineries- report any issues
· Any other duties as directed by the restaurant manager or the directors
· Maintain occupational, hygiene, health and safety regulations and any other applicable laws
The Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Strong work ethics, commitment to learn and further your cooking skills.
Work well under pressure in a high volume a la carte restaurant.
Challenge driven with a strong passion for continued learning.
Diploma of Hospitality Management or 3 year’s experience as a chef
Personal Requirements:
- Well-presented
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Consistently display a positive "can do" attitude

Schedule:
- 9 Hour Shift - 4 Days.
- Wednesday - Saturday
