NASCA's mission is to empower young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to be proud, strong, and successful. Through cultural connection and community support, we're building a foundation of pride and opportunity for future generations. Our programs tap into the power of culture and education to foster growth, achievement, and connection. Proudly 100% Indigenous-led, NASCA is driving real change in our communities.

Due to an internal promotion, we're on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator to join our People & Operations team in Redfern.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You'll be supporting the day-to-day operations that keeps NASCA running: from maintaining compliance records and processing invoices, to coordinating tech assets and apparel, and providing IT support to staff across NSW.
You don't need years of experience in operations. We're looking for someone naturally organised and a go-getter. If you're a natural problem-solver who takes pride in doing things properly and loves helping others, this could be exactly the role for you.
Please note, This is an identified position. This role is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants only, pursuant to the exemption under Section 126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
