About the role and where you will be working:
The role of the Admissions Customer Service Administrator is to act as the first point of contact for people entering one of our facilities, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
The services provided must be of the highest quality whilst maintaining optimal efficiency. The Admissions Customer Service Administrator should be comfortable providing customer service to all levels of stakeholders within aged care and have the capacity to provide administrative support to the Residential Admissions Team, other management, and staff.
Please note that this position is Maternity Leave cover for 12 months based at Rivervale working full time hours Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact for admissions enquiries

Answering calls, responding to enquiries, and managing waiting lists

Collecting pre-admission documents, including application forms, financial declarations, EPOA, and EPOG documents

Liaising with Facility Managers throughout the admissions process including liaising with the Facility managers regarding suitability of a potential resident

Providing administrative support to the Admissions Administrator and Residential Admissions Team
About you:
As our Admissions Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment. You’ll provide high-quality customer service and efficient admin support to the Residential Admissions Team, staff, and management.
