About the Role
Knight Civil Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Site Support Officer. The role involves maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environment, assisting with equipment loading/unloading, and providing general support on construction sites when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Organise and maintain warehouse inventory — ensure tools and equipment are stored properly and easily accessible.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, safe, and compliant with company WHS standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all tools and machinery are in working order.
- Coordinate with project teams to prepare materials and equipment for daily site operations.
- Provide on-site assistance to crews during periods of low warehouse activity.
- Support the operations team with deliveries, equipment returns, and documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or construction support role preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of manual lifting.
- Valid driver’s license (MR/HR license desirable but not essential).
- Forklift license preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude.
