Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Execution Readiness Planner Team Lead to join our Maintenance & Industrial Services team supporting a major offshore LNG operation.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring maintenance activities are fully prepared and execution-ready before reaching the offshore environment. Working closely with Planning, Maintenance, Operations and Execution teams, you'll play a key role in permit readiness, isolation verification, risk identification and multi-discipline coordination

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between Maintenance Planning and Execution teams, gathering required information and supporting the preparation of permits, permit templates, and work instructions.
- Complete execution readiness checks for work orders entering short-term planning.
- Identify and communicate risks relating to permit readiness, isolation requirements, material availability, and work sequencing.
- Collaborate across Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Maintenance Services teams to support coordinated multi-discipline scopes.
- Identify permit template opportunities for preventative and repeatable corrective maintenance activities.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 personnel across onshore and offshore operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and operational support to the Execution Readiness team.
What You’ll Bring

Mechanical Trade Certificate, Electrical Grade A Licence or relevant technical qualification.

Previous leadership or people management experience.

Experience within offshore Oil & Gas, LNG, refinery or major maintenance environments.

Strong understanding of Permit to Work (PTW), Isolations and Control of Work processes.

Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
