In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering high‑quality customer services and contract management for NSW Motorways Tolling Operations customers, clients and distributors,
This role will see you manage and deliver customer service operations, lead customer and distributor relationships, implement disciplined contract management practices, collate and analyse customer feedback and insights, initiate continuous improvement opportunities, and provide advice to executive leaders to inform product management strategy and delivery.
You will lead effective, responsive and customer‑focused service and contract management outcomes in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operational environment with complex client, distributor and stakeholder relationships across Australia and New Zealand.

About you
Your proven experience delivering quality customer services and managing customer service and contract management functions formed across fast‑paced, high‑volume customer service, commercial or contract‑based environments will see you manage complex customer and distributor relationships, address service and contractual issues, analyse feedback and performance data and drive continuous improvement to lead to high customer satisfaction, optimised contractual performance and improved revenue and service outcomes.
You’re recognized as a customer service and contract management leader, skilled at leading teams, managing customer and distributor relationships and analysing service performance, experienced in delivering customer‑focused outcomes and contract management solutions within regulated and commercially focused operational environments.
