Salary package $111,798 - $132,585 (pro rata) – includes base salary ($98,499 - $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

We are seeking a passionate and industry-experienced Teacher of Ageing & Disability to deliver high-quality, contemporary training that prepares students for successful careers across diverse health settings.
In this role, you will equip learners with the practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional behaviours required for real-world practice.
As an educator, you will foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to grow, engage, and achieve. You will guide learners toward meeting competency standards while preparing them for employment in clinics, community health environments, and multidisciplinary teams.

We are currently recruiting a permanent part-time (0.5 FTE) position, offering 17.5 hours per week.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will meet the following essential requirements:
- A Diploma of Nursing or Diploma of Community Services (with Aged Care experience) or equivalent
- A TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent as determined by TAFE NSW)
- A minimum of five (5) years recent industry experience relevant to the Ageing and Disability sector
- Willingness and ability to travel across delivery locations as required by business needs
- Current Drivers Licence (highly desirable)
