Support Worker (Non-Direct Care) | Residential Aged Care
Remuneration: $26.51 per hour + penalties + superannuation
Employment: Permanent Part Time and Casual roles available
Shifts: 6:00am – 14:30pm, 11:00am – 6:00pm, and 1:00pm – 7:00pm
About the Role
McLean Care is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Support Workers (Non-Direct Care) to join our Residential Aged Care team in Millmerran, QLD.
This is a great opportunity to support the daily operations of our aged care home, assist with hospitality and cleaning duties, and make a real difference in the lives of residents.

What You’ll Do
Assist with meal preparation, plating and serving
Clean and sanitise shared spaces
Support hospitality and care teams to deliver a high standard of service
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents
Work as part of a team to support the daily needs of the home
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality, cleaning or aged care
Friendly, respectful and compassionate team players
Reliable and physically capable, with a willingness to pitch in where needed
Clear communicators with strong customer service skills
Basic computer literacy for simple administrative tasks

Eligibility
Be onshore with full working rights in Australia
Be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997
