About the Role
We are looking for energetic Team Members to join our Roselands store in both Casual and Part-time capacities. This is a dynamic role where you will be cross-trained across all stations, from the front counter to the charcoal grill. If you are a fast learner who enjoys a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle orders through the POS system.
- Assist with food preparation, including fresh salads and mouth-watering burgers.
- Manage the charcoal grill to ensure our legendary chicken is cooked to perfection.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across the restaurant.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth flow during busy periods.
- Be willing to learn and rotate through every station in the store.
Requirements
- An outgoing and friendly personality with great communication skills.
- A "get it done" attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- High level of reliability and availability to work everyday as needed.
- A team-player mindset with a focus on delivering a great customer experience.
- Previous QSR or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential.
