Backbone Barbershop Group Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hairdresser / Barber to join our growing team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.

Position Details
- Position: Hairdresser / Barber Employment Type: Full-time Location: Burleigh Heads, Queensland Salary: AUD 70,000 – AUD 80,000 per annum plus superannuation Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Providing men’s haircutting, fades, tapering, beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services Consulting with clients regarding hairstyle and grooming preferences Performing hair washing, cutting, styling, blow-drying, and finishing services Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining professional client relationships Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of workstations, tools, and equipment Recommending suitable hair and grooming products to clients Managing appointments and ensuring efficient workflow within the shop Working collaboratively with team members to maintain operational and presentation standards Keeping updated with current barbering, hairdressing, and grooming trends
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant qualification in Hairdressing or Barbering preferred Minimum 1 year full-time relevant industry experience preferred Strong barbering and men’s grooming skills Ability to perform modern fades, beard work, and contemporary styles Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Professional presentation and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
