About the Role
We’re looking for warm, reliable, and passionate Casual Educators to join our team at Journey Lucas Rise.
As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting our children, educators, and centre community across a variety of age groups. Whether you're assisting with learning experiences, supporting daily routines, or stepping into different rooms as needed, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
This role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle while providing the opportunity to gain experience across different learning environments within a supportive and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities
Support play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
Assist with daily routines and learning experiences
Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
Support educators across various age groups and learning environments
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Contribute positively to the centre's culture and team
Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding requirements
About You
Certificate III, Diploma, or currently studying Early Childhood Education and Care
Must have completed National Child Safety Training
Previous experience in an early childhood setting is desirable
Flexible and adaptable approach
Warm, caring, and enthusiastic nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
