About the role
As a Facilities Management Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our buildings operate smoothly and effectively. It offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse and high-profile portfolio.
You’ll provide essential facility management and support services, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, overseeing reactive maintenance, and coordinating soft services to support day-to-day operations across the organisation.

About you
You bring strong coordination skills, facilities management experience, and a customer-first mindset. You’re detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring high service standards.
What your experience might look like
A relevant qualification or progress towards, in a facilities management field or similar field, and substantial technical experience and expertise
Demonstrated, extensive management experience in performance-based contracts for a complex buildings portfolio and multi-discipline operational team.
Proven experience managing client requirements and relationship with a diverse stakeholder group, whilst creating quality service delivery culture.
Highly developed written, oral communication, time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines, together with the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate effectively
