Roving Clinical Nurse Manager
The Opportunity
Brightwater is seeking an experienced and values-led Senior Clinician or Senior Nurse to provide clinical leadership, operational support and leave coverage across our 10 metro locations in the position of Roving Clinical Nurse Manager .
This permanent full-time position will suit someone who is adaptable, enjoys variety, can quickly build trust and rapport, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference across multiple communities.
This is a unique opportunity to make an impact beyond one facility, working in partnership with each site’s Service Manager, where you will help maintain high standards of clinical care aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework.

What you’ll bring
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Clinical Nurse, Clinical Nurse Manager or in an equivalent Senior Clinical position, with exposure to recruitment and staff performance management.
- Ideally have experience in Residential Aged Care.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to meet client and family needs, including participation in an on-call roster.
- Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership capability, with a proactive approach to mentoring, coaching and building capability in others.
- Confidence working across multiple sites, adapting quickly to different teams, priorities and service needs.
- A strong understanding of clinical governance, quality audit processes and continuous improvement within an aged care environment.
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, managers and external stakeholders.
- A recent and satisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- Current and valid drivers license.
- Kery Personnel checks will also be completed for the successful candidate.
