Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.
This role is located at our Sydney Corporate Office, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams across Australia.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become the driving force behind our employment contracts and onboarding process.

You'll play a critical role in helping new employees start their journey with Voyages, ensuring every contract, onboarding document and employee record is completed accurately and on time.
Your new role
- Creating and issuing employment agreements for new hires across the business.
- Ensuring contracts are accurate and align with awards, remuneration, benefits and employment conditions.
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding administration process and supporting candidates through completion of their documentation.
- Maintaining candidate and employee records across multiple recruitment and HR systems.
- Auditing candidate files and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before contracts are generated.
- Working with systems including JobAdder, Workday (V-Hub), ThinkSimon and Secure Signing.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with reporting, administration and candidate communications.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from offer through to commencement.
What We're Looking For
You might come from recruitment, HR, workforce planning, onboarding or a high-volume administration background.
What matters most is your ability to manage detail, work with urgency and confidently juggle multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
You will have:
- Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for getting things right the first time.
- Experience working with contracts, onboarding, HR administration or recruitment coordination.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using HRIS, onboarding or recruitment systems such as Workday, JobAdder or similar platforms.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
