FRONT OF HOUSE – CUSTOMER SERVICE / REGISTER
Chicken Empire – Mount Annan
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join our busy, family-owned chicken shop in Mount Annan.
This role is focused primarily on customer service, register/POS and front-of-house operations.
Your Duties
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS/register
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Managing takeaway and delivery orders
- Packing customer orders accurately
- Answering customer enquiries
- Keeping the front counter and dining area clean and organised
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Supporting the team with general front-of-house duties
⭐ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience in a chicken shop, takeaway, fast food or similar business
- Has experience using a POS/register
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is confident, friendly and well presented
- Can work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Is reliable, punctual and responsible
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work
Previous front-of-house/customer service experience is highly preferred.

Pay: $26.44 – $46.66 per hour
