The Role
As our Receptionist and Corporate Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Corporate Services team, you’ll provide front-of-house support, coordinate office administration and assist teams across the business to deliver a positive experience for both clients and employees.
- Manage reception, incoming calls and client enquiries
- Coordinate mail, shared inboxes and document management
- Maintain office supplies, facilities and workplace amenities
- Assist with building security, access passes and visitor management
- Coordinate internal events, catering and office functions
- Support teams across the business with administrative and operational tasks
The ideal Person
You are someone who enjoys being organised, helping others and creating a positive experience for everyone you interact with. You take initiative, communicate confidently and can balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
