Our beautiful hotel is looking for Porter's to join our Concierge team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Concierge, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests, therefore great customer service skills are a must! Sound knowledge of public transport, local attractions, restaurants and events in Melbourne are essential elements of the role.
We have full-time & part-time positions available, on a rotating roster over 7 days, including morning and afternoon shifts.
Responsibilities
- Providing coverage at the hotel entrance in order to greet and attend to all guests on arrival and departure.
- Ensuring the prompt delivery and collection of luggage to their rooms.
- Providing helpful, friendly and personalised service, including attending to guest errands and requests.
- Providing accurate information on all facilities within the hotel.
- Valet parking of guest cars.
Skills and Experience
- One year experience in a similar role or 5-star hotel environment.
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence a must.
- A real passion for delivering positive outcomes.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Communication and time management skills.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a positive attitude.
- Previous Opera knowledge will be highly regarded.
