We are a friendly and professional Accounting firm seeking a reliable and well-presented Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team on a casual basis.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working in an accounting practice who enjoys providing excellent client service and supporting a busy office environment.
About the Role
- Answering phone calls
- Managing appointments
- Data entry
- Maintaining office organisation and client records
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an accounting practice
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional presentation and manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
