Rema Tip Top is seeking an experienced and motivated Rubber Lining Coordinator to join our Gladstone operations on a permanent full-time basis.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Area Manager Gladstone, you will be responsible for coordinating labour, resources and project delivery whilst maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new rubber lining opportunities across the Central Queensland region
- Coordinate and oversee rubber lining projects from planning through to completion
- Manage schedules, labour allocation and site requirements
- Liaise with clients, supervisors and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company safety and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
About You
- Previous experience within the rubber lining industry
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Experience working within industrial, mining or maintenance environments
- Mandatory Qualifications & Tickets

- Forklift Licence
