Assistant Product Coordinator
Clerk Grade: 5/6 starting annual salary $102,936 plus superannuation and leave loading
Employment Type: Ongoing, Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: Sydney (McKell), Parramatta or Gosford with hybrid and flexible working conditions available.
The Long Service Corporation (LSC) is a standalone agency within the Department of Customer Services that reports directly to the Managing Director of Service NSW whilst maintaining its executive agency status.
About the team
The Long Service Corporation (LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry and is modernising the way we deliver services to thousands of workers and employers across NSW. We’re investing in better digital experiences, improved platforms, and customer‑centred design- and we’re looking for an Assistant Product Coordinator to help us get there.
In this role you will support the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital products and services. You’ll work closely with product owners, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are user-centred, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to organisational priorities.
