We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our team for a range of residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials to a high standard.
- Set out and maintain straight, level, and plumb brickwork.
- Cut and shape bricks and blocks to fit required dimensions.
- Install lintels, flashings, and expansion joints where required.
- Carry out brick repairs, restoration, and repointing work.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Work efficiently with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and workmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in bricklaying.
- Experience in both residential and commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques and industry standards.
- White Card.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Own tools preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying or equivalent.
- Additional construction tickets or licences are an advantage.
