Vitium Cura is currently seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants.
Experience Preferred:
- Psychosocial disability and complex support needs
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Mental health and emotional regulation
- Community access and social participation
- Risk management and participant safety
- Daily living and independence-building support
- Strong professional boundaries
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check / Blue Card where applicable
- Current First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check
- Right to Work in Australia
- Driver Licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Relevant disability support experience
We are looking for Support Workers who are calm, professional, reliable, and confident supporting participants with complex needs.
