Warlocks Gym – Leichhardt is looking for a bubbly, reliable Casual Receptionist to join our team. No experience necessary — we're looking for energy, reliability and a genuine interest in fitness. You'll get hands-on experience in customer service, sales and gym operations from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins, enquiries and membership/trial sign-ups
- Promote classes, personal training and recovery services
- Process payments and keep member records up to date in GymMaster
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organised and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- Bubbly, upbeat and confident talking to people
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Interested in fitness, sport or health
- No extensive experience required — attitude and energy matter most
The Details
- Casual approx. 10-20 hrs/week
- Pay: ~$20-26/hr (based on age and experience)
- Staffed hours: Mon–Fri 8am-7pm, Sat & Sun 8am-2pm
