About the role
Tennis Australia is seeking an experienced Digital Content Experience Manager to support the final delivery phase of the new tennis.com.au platform, including the successful migration and optimisation of remaining Member Association (MA) websites within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) through to September 2026.
Tennis Australia works in partnership with its state and territory Member Associations (MAs), united by a collective vision to grow the game we love and create success shared by all. This role will play an important part in delivering high-quality audience experiences across tennis.com.au and the broader Tennis Australia digital ecosystem.
As the Digital Content Experience Manager, you will:

Manage, with the DCEM team, the delivery and optimisation of remaining MA website migrations into AEM, ensuring smooth launches and high-quality audience experiences.

Lead certain MA site content creation, building into Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery from a content experience point of view.

Create, edit and optimise web content across tennis.com.au and MA websites, ensuring content is engaging, audience-first and aligned to SEO and accessibility best practice.

Assist in completing and refining outstanding and descoped website content, maintaining consistency in tone, structure and customer journey.

Manage content workflows, publishing processes, redirects and governance within Adobe Experience Manager.

Work closely with Member Associations and internal stakeholders to support content delivery, platform adoption and operational readiness.

Collaborate across content, editorial, digital and technology teams to deliver consistent and effective digital experiences.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience working with content management systems (CMS) of Adobe Experience Manager (essential)
-
A tertiary degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in delivering increased business outcomes through Digital Content Experiences.

Experience in content creation and digital experience, content production, SEO optimisation,
content governance and community engagement. -
Refined interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)

Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
